We are looking for someone who:

Has the willingness and ability to further develop the competence and work structure in our team.
Is willing to take creative responsibility for developing the offerings in the bar.
Has previous experience as a bartender and is used to working in a fast-paced environment.
Is accustomed to delegating, structuring, and leading work for themselves and others.
Is a good role model for their colleagues.
Experience with budget work is an advantage.
Has a good ability to plan, take responsibility for purchases, and set the menu.
Enjoys working in a team and collaborating with colleagues and other area managers.

Permanent position: 50% with the possibility of extension.

We apply a 6-month probationary period.

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
